- BSD Bus Barn

This page contains what information we have regarding the Beaverton School
District's proposal to build a Bus Barn adjacent to the Five Oaks Middle School.
Given the health risks Diesel Particulate Matter poses to children, the NAC is
actively lobbying against this proposal. Now there's a page you can bookmark
for the latest on what's happening.
- 170th/173rd Improvement Project

This page contains whatever we have regarding Washington County's proposal to
connect 170th and 173rd Avenues somewhere between Baseline and Walker. There
have been several proposed alternatives to the original design. Whatever we
have to share regarding this issue is now on this page.

This report was produced by the NAC's former CCI representative, Pat
Russell. It is a thorough listing of the many livability issues and
development projects currently under consideration (or underway) at
the Metro, County, and City levels. The focus is on items which impact
anyone living within or around the Five Oaks / Triple Creek NAC.
- Feature: What Happened to LUTRAQ?

This is another in a series of papers produced by Pat Russell. This
time, Pat's questions have to do with whether or not development around
the MAX line is living-up to expectations, and whether or not City and
County officials are doing all they can to ensure the best possible land
use within the Five Oaks / Triple Creek NAC area.
